What in the heck is going on in Howell now????
What's up with this whole Breiner thing? And what about the Hot Topics thing?
I knew about the Hot Topics group. I didn't know they came up with a name until this hooplah about WD taking private conversation to her blog. I just wondered if any of you knew anything more.
Well, if I don't see you before, who is going to the Jane Elliot thing with Livingston 2001? I will be at that for sure. When do you guys get out of school for break? I have to work through Wednesday...maybe I need to go shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall on Thursday???
YUCK! I get out at the end of the day on th 19th and then go back on the 3rd! Let's see how the weather looks. What does your schedule look like? on that Thursday? (20th)
thursday is possible, have to talk to the parents of course. but yeah, our break sucks. but i think i can do thursday after school, we get out at 2:45, so if you want to do that let me know where and when. james will be home, so he can come too!
Well, Jason's car is acting up and I need to take it in. I don't think I am going to be able to make it there on Thursday afterall. I will see you all on Jan 18th, though, right?
When the controversy surrounding reading The Freedom Writers Diary was going on, I felt as though every time I mentioned it, I was giving a disclaimer when I spoke. So, a group of students made me my own "asterisks" in order to hold up when I talked. (which is when I finally learned how to spell it correctly too).
I believe we have now come to a point of understanding where my students know me well enough that asterisks are no longer needed.

The Hot Topics board is the thing where students meet with board members. as far as breiner, i have no idea. i dont hear anything anymore. :[
